Natural Asset Management
We work with municipalities, conservation authorities and landowners to inventory, assess and value natural assets — so that forests, wetlands and watercourses can be managed with the same rigour as roads and pipes.
Natural assets deliver services communities rely on: stormwater attenuation, water filtration, flood protection, shade and cooling, carbon storage and recreation. Most asset management plans still leave natural assets off the register.
Green Analytics closes that gap. We identify what natural assets a community holds, what condition they are in, what services they deliver, and what those services are worth — in the format a council, finance department or regulator can act on.

Jeff specialises in environmental and natural resource economics, with particular expertise in natural capital, ecosystem services, non-market valuation and cost-benefit analysis. He is experienced with complex systems and agent-based modelling tools that better capture the dynamics between social and ecological systems.
